DadPlans is a free service connecting individuals (hereinafter "Users") with certified family protection and life insurance advisors (hereinafter "Partner Advisors").
BP Les Cannisses KFT acts as a business introducer.

Partner Advisors are independent professionals, duly registered and authorised to carry out insurance brokerage activities. They are solely responsible for the advice they provide and the contracts they offer.
The Site is freely accessible to any User with an internet connection.
All costs required to access the Site (computer equipment, internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.
BP Les Cannisses KFT reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue access to the Site, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without notice or compensation.

Once the form is submitted, the User's contact details are transmitted to one or more Partner Advisors selected by DadPlans.
A Partner Advisor will contact the User within 24 to 48 working hours, by phone or email, to discuss their situation and needs.
The connection service is completely free for the User. No fees will be charged by DadPlans to the User.
Partner Advisors are paid by insurance companies when the User takes out a contract. This remuneration does not result in any additional cost to the User.
The User is under no obligation to take out an insurance contract after being contacted by a Partner Advisor.
The User is free to accept or refuse the proposals made by the Partner Advisor.
The User may at any time end the relationship with the Partner Advisor by informing them of their wish to no longer be contacted.

In case of breach of these obligations, BP Les Cannisses KFT reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Site, without notice or compensation.
BP Les Cannisses KFT makes every effort to ensure the quality of the connection service. However, it cannot guarantee:

The contractual relationship relating to the subscription of an insurance contract is established directly between the User and the Partner Advisor.
BP Les Cannisses KFT is not party to this relationship and cannot be held liable for disputes that may arise between the User and the Partner Advisor.
In case of dispute with a Partner Advisor, the User should contact the Advisor directly or, where applicable, the relevant regulatory body or ombudsman.
All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, site structure) is the exclusive property of BP Les Cannisses KFT or its partners, unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the Site elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from BP Les Cannisses KFT.
Personal data collected via the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, the User consents to the processing of their personal data under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy.
